Assisted digital support for HMCTS services and PIP appeals

Help available in Central Library

Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Service (HMCTS) is responsible for among other things probate and divorce. The government has invested £1billion in reforming and modernising the service and part of the reform is to move from paper-based to online services. We recognise that not everyone has the digital skills, confidence or access to use HMTCS services themselves and staff in Central Library have trained to be able to assist customers with applying online for

  • Probate
  • Divorce
  • Civil money claims
  • TFL fines (Transport for London )
  • Help with fees
  • Appealing a PIP decision

Although we are not able to offer legal advice, staff will offer impartial support and help complete the online forms. Staff have a current DBS check in place.

For a confidential appointment for assisted digital support please telephone Central Library on 01302 734320
