Central Library is now open for returns and book collections ONLY. There will be no building access or PC access. Please check our new opening times before you visit.

A new Order & Collect service is now available. Using the “Order & Collect” service, you are able to select books that are currently on the shelves in the library you can collect from or you can ask a member of staff to make a selection for you by answering a few simple questions.

Front line library services in the remaining 24 branches are still currently closed, however electronic services (ebooks, e-audiobooks, magazines, newspapers and comics) are still operating.

We are busy planning for a phased re-opening of branch libraries to ensure we keep customers and staff safe.
