Summer 2022 is here and we have lots going on in our libraries! Listed below are the activities happening at:

Summer Activities - Central Children's Library

Timetable of Activities for the Summer holidays in the Central Children’s Library

No need to book just drop in to Central Library and join in!

Activities aimed at ages 4-12 but all ages welcome

Mon 1st August

Traditional Tale Week

Use the bricks to build a bridge for the Billy Goats Gruff or a tower/ castle for Rapunzel or the Giant!

Make traditional tale character stick puppets.

Summer Activity - Edlington, Mexborough and Thorne Library

Become a History Detective!

Can you handle the objects and look for clues?   A fun interactive session for children/young people aged 7+ who are interested in how we find out about our past.
